All House of Hysteria pieces are made by hand to order in East London, and our current lead time is 3-6 weeks.
UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail on a signed for service. International orders will be sent via an alternative courier on a tracked service.
Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes which may be applicable to international orders.
If you require your order quickly, priority production is available at an additional cost. Please get in touch via the contact page.
Returns
As all House of Hysteria pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing fault.
In the case of a manufacturing fault, all returns must be approved by House of Hysteria first. Products must be returned, new, unsued, and in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the order.
Please ensure you take your measurements carefully to ensure correct sizing. If you are unsure, or if your size is not listed, please get in touch via the contact page and we will be happy to advise you.

Please ensure you take your measurements carefully before placing your order. The measuring tape should be tight enough so that it sits softly against the body, but not so loose that it falls away.

If you cannot see your size, or require custom sizing please get in touch. We are a small brand, and will add more sizes as and when they are requested and we have the patterns drafted.
Materials and Care
We use thick, vegetable tanned, high quality, saddlery leather which comes from an Italian tannery and is sourced from a local London supplier.
The hardware we use is solid brass.
Your leather should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from bright sunlight.
Avoid storing your pieces with items which may scratch the leather.
Leather should not be washed. You may spot clean your pieces by gently wiping them with a lightly dampened cloth.
When cared for properly, leather can last a lifetime. Should you want to give them a bit of professional care, we can provide this service upon request.
